Shaker Heights Community Attitude Survey :
In January 2023, 3,000 Shaker Heights residents were randomly selected to share their thoughts about life in Shaker by completing a community attitude survey. ETC Institute, an independent, nationally known research firm, conducted this survey on behalf of the City using random sampling methodology to ensure validity of results.
An ETC representative will present the survey results to Shaker City Council on Monday, April 10, 2023.
If you were not selected to participate in this survey but would still like to share your opinions, you may use the link below by 12:00 am on Wednesday, March 22 2023. Survey responses by those who were not chosen through random sampling will be complied into an appendix to the final survey results report.
